All You Wanted to Know And More

ARE ALL ITEMS IN STOCK?

At this stage no, not all items are kept in stock. I may have smaller items such as bows, bookmarks and scrunchies in stock, but they will be limited. I will also often have some burp cloths and bibs in stock. Other items will be made once the order is received and has been paid for in full.  Lead time is only 1-3 days once payment received.

LEAD TIME

Lead time is usually 1-3 days for items not in stock, depending on quantity.
Plus postage, which is by Australia Post and is typically 5-7 working days.
(Note: Australia Post lead time has increased due to COVID-19, please expect delays. Use the provided tracking number to track your purchase).

POSTAGE

I use Australia Post. Their typical wait time is 5-7 working days but can vary in busier times. Unfortunately I don't have any control over the time they take to deliver your parcel. A tracking number will be sent to you (where applicable) once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for it to become active on the Australia Post website.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns or refunds are NOT given or considered for change of mind.

While all care is taken to send you a perfect product, if your product arrives faulty please take a photo and email to me. 

After accessing the pictures and information provided, if there is indeed a fault I will then issue you a RMA and authorize the return. Please note, it is the responsibility of the customer to organize and pay for their own return postage. 

(Please do not send an item back to me without an RMA)

If I receive the item and there is nothing wrong with it or the fault is found to have been caused by misuse by the customer (including but not limited to washing incorrectly and used in a manner it was not made for), it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the postage to return the product to them.

REMEDY

For any minor faults a repair will be offered. 

For any major faults a replacement will be offered.

Depending on the circumstances a refund (less postage costs) may be offered.

A photo of the goods and packaging will be taken prior to postage. If you'd like a copy of this please contact me. 

NO refunds will be considered on lost or delayed mail of untracked letters. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

At this stage direct debit is the only form of payment. Keep an eye out for other methods coming soon.

CAN I PAY VIA PAYPAL

No. At this stage I'm not offering payment via paypal. With paypal comes fees I would have to pass onto my customers. At this stage I am trying to avoid doing this.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

No, at this stage I don't offer gift cards/vouchers.

PAYMENTS

I will start making your order only when FULL payment has shown in my bank account. Please be aware deposits or part payments will not be used to start an order. 

ARE YOUR ITEMS AUSTRALIAN MADE?

Yes all items are HANDMADE and AUSTRALIAN MADE but myself, Leah. I am located on Gold Coast, Queensland and and proud to offer not only handmade, but Australian Made high quality products.
